Are you wondering what the link is between EMS and wealth? Imagine if you suffered from chronic back pain and had tried everything to be able to live pain-free again. Imagine finding a solution that opened an array of choices in life, like playing sport, or made simple tasks like vacuuming easy. That would be wealth.
EMS is more commonly used for weight loss and body shaping as it’s a full body training program. However, it is very popular to treat injuries and back pain as well. Those scientifically proven to benefit from EMS include the elderly, people suffering from incontinence or weak pelvic floor, post- pregnancy, rehabilitation, professional sports, tradies and couch potatoes.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE LIFE IMPROVEMENTS EXPERIENCED
BY OUR TRAINEES (RECOVERING FROM BACK PAIN):
• Being able to work again, resulting in financial freedom and wealth in the true meaning of the word
• The choice to do what you enjoy, such as weeding the garden, maintaining your house or going surfing without having to be in pain for days/weeks afterwards
• Improvement in mood, feeling more energetic and relief from chronic pain with a quick weekly solution
GENERAL INFORMATION ON (CHRONIC) BACK PAIN
Back pain is the second most common reason why people see a doctor for treatment (only beaten by upper respiratory infections). It is also the most common cause for people to miss work. Studies done at Harvard University showed chronic back pain can affect you emotionally. Links have been made with people socializing less than normal and even depression.
The reasons for back pain range from pre-existing conditions in the back itself (like scoliosis) to arthritis in the knees. Other common reasons are sprains and strains, disc damage, poor activation of the
core and glutes, sciatica, other inflammatory conditions and injuries.
HOW DOES EMS BENEFIT LOWER BACK PAIN?
As opposed to a TENS machine, which temporarily blocks a pain path, EMS training offers a long-lasting solution by supporting or resolving the cause of the pain. By reaching deep muscles in your core and
back that can’t be reached with conventional exercise, it helps your own body lengthen and stabilize your spine. It supports injuries. The EMS training massages and relaxes your muscles during a 20-minute
session, resolving knots, muscle spasms and pinched nerves. EMS training gives better results than conventional strength training for the whole body and for remedial purposes for the back.
