EMS Medical Recovery

Back pain responds extremely well to (low impact) strength training, making EMS the perfect remedial solution to offer you instant relief.

EMS: Your 20 minute solution to chronic pain

Injury and (chronic) back pain Recovery

Back pains, torn tendons and rehabilitation are just a couple of examples of our medical recovery program. EMS has been advised and used for years by physiotherapists to help their patients recover.

EMS will stimulate the stabilising muscles in your body. This helps you improve your posture and nurture your medical issue back to health. Medical EMS trainees are always very excited to report the decrease in pain from their injury.

Post Pregnancy Recovery

Carrying a baby around and bending over a cot, while weakened by pregnancy hormones can result in body aches and pains. EMS helps strengthen the core, pelvic floor muscles and it can also help lose the additional weight you may have gained. Our studio is baby and child friendly and we are happy to help look after the little one during your 20 minute workout.

aged Over 60's Health & Fitness

A FITIN20 workout is ideal for our senior citizens that want to stay fit and healthy. There is no jumping and weightlifting which makes it easy on the joints. You will also workout with a personal trainer with just one other person in a friendly calm environment.

As owners of the studio, we are passionate to bring EMS to the medical recovery public of the Sunshine Coast as we have seen the benefits for seniors personal and up close. Both our parents decided to use EMS as they have been dealing with several chronic health issues (old age, partial paralysis, recovery from bilateral hip replacement surgery and cancer recovery), and have improved greatly.

BACKPAIN STUDIES – chronic back pain

THE BEST REMEDY AGAINST BACK PAIN ARE STRONG BACK AND CORE MUSCLES TO SUPPORT AND STABILISE THE SPINE.
IF ALL MUSCLES ARE WELL TRAINED, MAKING THE BODY BALANCED, THE LOAD AND WEAR OF THE VERTEBRAL JOINTS IS CONSIDERABLY LESS.
